The Main Street Spotlight
Five times a year, the hard working volunteers of The Hart Main Street Spotlight publish a newsletter with information about current activities, events, and developments within the downtown Hart area and things going on within the Hart Main Street Program. A sub-committee of the Organization/PR committee, the "Spotlighters" get together and divide up the stories and photos we want and come home with the goods!
